Orders will ship within three business days.
The exception would be an item that was specifically noted to have a longer production time, i.e., a custom request or a pre-order.
We ship our orders via USPS. You will receive a tracking number when it is shipped out. Once it is out of our hands, we are not responsible for any delays the USPS has in getting it to your home.
We ship to the continental United States at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will be accepted if certain criteria are met:
- You must contact us within 10 business days of when your order was delivered. Please email us at email@example.com and include your order number
- The item must be returned in new condition, with the original tag attached
- You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item
- The item will be inspected by us before issuing a store credit or exchanging the item
- Return options include: store credit or an exchange.
How do I care for my hat?
- Because the hats are made of a wool blend, they do not require frequent washing. Wool has a natural microbial property.
- If you would like to freshen up your hat, we recommend hand washing in luke warm water
- Remove the pom pom prior to washing, wash the hat, gently squeeze the water out or wrap it in a towel and press it. *It is important to avoid wringing or stretching the hat during this process*
- Lay the hat flat on a towel, reshape it and allow it to dry
- Reattach the pom pom after the hat has dried by threading the strings through the hat, through the button holes and tying a firm knot
